Studio Policies

Class Reservations & Cancellations

  •  All classes must be booked in advance through our app or website. 
  • Please cancel at least 10 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. 
  • Late cancellations will incur a $5 fee. 
  • No-shows will incur a $10 fee. 
  • Waitlisted clients will receive a text when a spot becomes available. The first client to respond and receive a confirmation text securing the spot will be added to class. If you do not receive a confirmation text that you’ve been moved off the waitlist, the spot has been claimed by another client.

Arrival Policy

  •  Doors open 15 minutes prior to class. 
  • Clients are encouraged to arrive early if they have questions before class begins. 
  • Late entry is not permitted. 
  • Studio doors are locked at the start of class time.

Heat & Safety

  •  Classes are conducted in a heated room (typically 90–100°F). 
  • Hydration before, during, and after class is strongly encouraged. 
  • Participants should consult a physician before beginning any heated fitness program. 
  • Please inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or limitations before class.

Required Equipment & Attire

  •  Grip socks are encouraged but not required. 
  • Towels and mats can be provided, but clients are encouraged to bring their own. 
  • Athletic attire suitable for heated movement is recommended. 
  • Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas only.

Studio Etiquette

  •  Phones and smartwatches must be silenced before entering the studio. 
  • No phone use inside the practice room during class. 
  • Please respect the quiet atmosphere during the cool-down portion of class. 
  • Please wipe down equipment after use.

Memberships & Packages

  •  Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. 
  • Auto-renew memberships require written notice for cancellation. 
  • Expired classes cannot be extended unless otherwise stated. 
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined.

Health & Hygiene

  •  If you are feeling sick, please stay home. 
  • Shoes are not permitted inside studio practice areas. 
  • Use a towel during class for hygiene and equipment care. 
  • Maintain personal hygiene due to the heated environment.

Age Requirements

  •  Clients under 18 require parental consent. 
  • Minimum age requirements may apply for heated classes.

Liability

  •  Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. 
  • The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. 
  • By attending class, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with heated fitness activities.

Community Standards

  •  Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 
  • We strive to maintain an inclusive, welcoming environment for all clients and staff.
